Adding a Subscription Manually
October 25 2022 8:47pmNotice that one of your subscriptions is not showing up in your Hiatus account? First, make sure the payment method linked to that subscription is linked to Hiatus. Users can check for this by searching their list of transactions. If you do not find the subscription in the Hiatus dashboard, tap "Link another account" in order to sync subscriptions associated with that account.
From the Hiatus dashboard, click on “Edit” which is next to “Upcoming Bills”. From here a popup screen will appear which you will proceed to click on “Add missing subscription”. Start to type the name of the subscription (ex: Sweat Fitness) you want to add. Once you find the subscription that is missing, click on the plus sign (+) icon. Here you can name the subscription how you want it to appear in the Hiatus app. Click “Submit” and the confirmation screen saying “Subscription added” will appear if done correctly. Users will be able to see the newly added subscription in the Hiatus dashboard.
Have you manually added a subscription and want to change its name? Simply click on the subscription from your subscription list, then click on the pencil icon in the top right corner. Rename the subscription however you want to appear and click done. The newly named subscription will now be visible in your list of subscriptions.
