We hate to see you go, but if Hiatus Premium is not what you were looking for, you are welcome to cancel at anytime.

There are two different ways to cancel your Hiatus Premium subscription, depending on which version of the app you use.

If you use our iOS app through your iPhone, you can do the following to remove yourself from the subscription:

1. Open the Settings app on your iPhone
2. Tap on your name at the top of the Settings page
3. Tap the fourth menu item "Subscriptions"
4. Here you will find your iOS subscriptions and will be able to deactivate your Hiatus account

If you use our web app or Android app, the cancellation process is simple. Please complete the following steps to remove your Premium membership:

1. Click the icon in the upper left-hand corner of the app
2. Click "Accounts"
3. Click "Tap here to remove your profile."
4. Choose "Yes"

Note: Uninstalling the app will not cancel your Hiatus Premium account. We will continue to charge you for Hiatus Premium until you manage the subscription either through Apple or our web app. If you have any problems unsubscribing, please reach out to premium@hiatusapp.com.
