The app is free to download, with subscription tracking and custom budgeting as part of our free model. You will be prompted to select your bank immediately after signing up, even if you choose the free version of the app. 

All Hiatus users need to provide online banking credentials in order for our algorithm to look up recurring transactions and subscriptions. We use a third-party service with bank-level security to ensure your information is always safe. 

Hiatus is currently able to link 2,500+ banks and other institutions, so you can search for your bank within the drop-down menu. If you do not see your bank listed, that means that it is not yet available. 

Once you have logged in, your bank should successfully connect to Hiatus! In some rare cases, it may take up to three business days for your Dashboard to fully populate. If your Dashboard is not fully populated within that time frame, please don't hesitate to reach out to our Support Team. 

You can link another bank anytime by tapping ‘Link another account’ at the bottom of your Settings screen, which can be found by clicking on the gear icon.
